"Good morning. It's 7 A.M. The weather in Malibu is 72 degrees with scattered clouds. The surf conditions are fair with waist to shoulder highlines, high tide will be at 10:52 a.m." This was our first introduction to Iron Man’s virtual assistant, Jarvis, in the Marvel Cinematic Universe during 2008’s Iron Man movie. Take 28 seconds and watch the clip for yourself. It’s okay. I’ll wait.
At first Jarvis seemed like nothing more than a custom Alexa, Siri, or Cortana. What else would you expect from a genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist?
We soon learned he was much more. He was a super-smart and extremely helpful artificial intelligence based virtual assistant with a mind of his own. He was even a little sarcastic.
Having your own Jarvis to do complex work would be awesome.
If your bank is still manually fulfilling e4641/Asset Verification requests through Accuity’s website, then we have a “Jarvis” for you.
Using our Automated Asset Verification System (AutoAVS) is the equivalent of Tony Stark asking Jarvis to do something only to find out it has already been completed.
AutoAVS checks the Accuity servers every day and retrieves the current requests for the given financial institution.
Then it checks the FI’s records for any matching records.
If the System finds a match, it gathers the required monthly account balances and sends them back to Accuity along with a list of the accounts that didn’t match.
Before it finishes, it emails a report back to the contact at the financial institution with the day’s results.
Oh, and it does it in a handful of minutes while you’re still asleep.
Yes, it’s true. Ours doesn’t talk, so it doesn’t have a cool British accent. And the programmers aren’t allowed to include snarky remarks in the reports, but it is very helpful.
One bank reduced the labor of three employees to a 15 minute, 3AM process.
